NSS GDC Dooru, under the guidance of Prof. GH Thakur, Principal of the college carried out various events in order to organize Vigilance week. The objective was to sensitise staff and students of the college about evil effects of corruption in society. NSS Volunteers of the College also carried out a rally to get message to the society at large in the vicinity of the college.

The Principal of College, Prof. GH Thakur delivered a talk on the aforementioned topic during an event organized on 30/10/2023 by Anti-Corruption Bureau J&K at Town Hall Dooru.

Prof. lateef Ahmad Dar, Assistant Professor (Political Science) spoke about the topic on 04/11/2023 during a programme organised in the college conference hall by NSS Unit II. Prof. Lateef highlighted the importance of a corrupt free society for economic progress of the country, He highlighted the role of Vigilance, whistle blowers and policy formulation for achieving the same.

The staff and students of the college also undertook a pledge of integrity.
